SPCC-Update Deadlines Extended
August 11, 2004
Effective August 11, 2004, the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency's deadline for completing spill prevention
control and countermeasures (SPCC) plans was extended to February
17, 2006; the deadline for complying with those plans is now
August 18, 2006.
