Barr probably wouldn't be a great place to work if all we did was work. We also have fun.

Our employees say that one of the best things about working here is the people they work with. There are plenty of chances to spend time with co-workers outside the office-including holiday parties, summer outings, and barbeques. Barr fields sports teams in several local recreational leagues, and our bike-to-work bunch is growing.

Also, opportunities to lend a hand on worthwhile community projects (see Giving Back) have a habit of turning into social gatherings with Barr friends.
