Our Board of Directors

Barr’s Board of Directors plays a critical role in governance, ensuring the company is managed in the best interests of shareholders and ESOP participants. Their responsibilities include approving financial audits, dividends, strategic plans, and overseeing CEO and management team activities. Members of the board are nominated and elected by ESOP participants and serve two-year terms.
