Heather Lewis

Heather is a civil/environmental engineer with 25 years of experience in project and construction management of pipeline systems, including managing pipeline installation, remediation, and horizontal directional drilling projects through design and construction. Her specialty is in restoration design of geohazards (pipeline exposures and spans) for fuels clients. She has worked as a contract employee for Enbridge (project manager and regional engineer) and, prior to working for Barr, as a contract water/sewer project manager for the City of Shreveport, Mississippi. Heather also has assisted with design upgrades to municipal/industrial wastewater treatment systems and municipal water systems.
