Jacob has more than 15 years of experience with permitting, remediation, water treatment, and product research and development. At Barr, he leads trainings on compliance with construction stormwater regulations and requirements of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and is a technical lead for oil spill regulations. He also audits clients' environmental programs and assists with improving environmental compliance. Jacob’s project work includes delivering construction stormwater training to clients; overseeing hazardous-waste construction environmental compliance; preparing industrial and construction stormwater pollution prevention plans; providing environmental permitting assistance for solar-energy systems; and developing spill prevention, control, and countermeasures plans and facility response plans.
