Kevin has more than 30 years of experience in the environmental field and has extensive waste management, water quality, and wastewater compliance knowledge. He was involved in securing permits and approvals for more than $1.5 billion in new infrastructure. Prior to joining Barr, Kevin developed and implemented Coal Combustion Residual (CCR) Rule compliance strategies for several landfills and surface impoundments in North Dakota and Wyoming. During his career in both the public and private sectors, Kevin has established strong working relationships with federal, state, tribal, and local officials.
