Seth has more than a decade of experience on projects involving landfills, dams, surface impoundments, and mine site development and reclamation. He has worked on all phases of solid waste-related projects, including liner-type research and selection; alternatives analysis and cost estimating; regulatory review and permitting; concept and detailed design; preparation and certification of construction plans and specifications; and construction oversight, administration, documentation, and certification. Seth is a certified geosynthetic and clay liner inspector and coordinates Barr’s lined facilities practice group.
