1. Project Summary / Introduction
Barr Engineering Co. and project partners are seeking qualified vendors to support a pilot-scale demonstration of supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) technology for treatment of PFAS-containing biosolids and related waste streams. The project is funded through the Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources (LCCMR).

3. Scope of Work
The scope of this project includes temporary deployment of an SCWO system capable of treating biosolids and spent granular activated carbon (GAC) at the St. Cloud water resource recovery facility (WRRF). The selected vendor will provide equipment, operational support, and coordination with the project team.
