His career, which has centered on the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Endangered Species Act (ESA), encompasses strategic planning and analysis; natural resources conservation and management; stakeholder engagement; and environmental regulatory compliance. With first-hand knowledge of behind-the-scenes workings of federal government agencies, Bernardo assists clients in navigating the intricate federal, environmental regulations compliance requirements.
