Charlie evaluates the technical feasibility of biological and chemical processes for use in wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment, industrial processes, and remediation of contaminated soil and water. He has performed emission and air quality modeling for proposed and existing livestock operations, wastewater treatment basins, feedlots, and taconite facilities. He has also evaluated the ability of tailings basins to meet return water quality requirements.
