Cliff has more than 35 years of experience assessing potential environmental effects from chemicals released to the environment. He manages projects for clients at power plants, refineries, taconite processing operations, and manufacturing facilities that involve environmental reviews and air-quality impact assessments; atmospheric deposition and potential impacts to air, soil, vegetation, and water; human health and ecological risk assessments; and cumulative analyses for ecosystem acidification and visibility impairment. Prior to joining Barr, Cliff spent more than 15 years at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, giving him insight into regulators' expectations for environmental assessments and report submissions.
