Dafar Obeidat

Dafar has nearly five years of experience in geotechnical engineering and a master’s degree in civil engineering. He has provided analyses and designs for tailings basins and has performed geotechnical investigations for wind and solar energy sites. His research experience includes studying the behavior of tailings materials and performing simple and more complicated geotechnical laboratory tests, including triaxial testing. Dafar’s programming and numerical modeling proficiency includes work in MATLAB, Python, and PLAXIS 2D.
