David has over 20 years of environmental and natural resources survey, permitting, compliance, and management experience. He has focused on managing and completing projects that impact surface waters, wetlands, threatened and endangered species, general wildlife, and habitats. David has coordinated with a variety of federal, state, and local agencies to identify and overcome hindrances to achieving project goals and has led public outreach to inform and communicate with project-affected communities.
