Jeanni Ledin

Jeanni assists clients with air quality permitting and environmental compliance. Her areas of expertise include leak detection and repair (LDAR) and continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS). She helps clients build and maintain compliance pro-grams by creating customized compliance-management tools and practice documents. She has audited dozens of chemical-manufacturing facilities, refineries, and ethanol plants throughout the country, focusing on MON MACT, LDAR, and continuous emissions monitoring.

Before joining Barr, Jeanni worked as a consultant designing and managing compliance testing programs. She also spent time as a plant- and quality-assurance engineer, a role in which her responsibilities included testing and designing construction materials, overseeing plant operations, and maintaining facility-wide environmental compliance.
