Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering. He specializes in drainage studies and design, site and civil design, and dam safety and design. He holds a Certified Construction Specifier certificate from the Construction Specifications Institute, as well as a model law designation from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying, allowing rapid licensure in multiple states. Jeff also contributes to potash mining projects in Canada, for which he reviews risks, develops specifications, and provides civil engineering services.
