Joe Berns

Joe has almost three decades of experience as a principal in charge, project manager, and/or engineer for industrial and remedial projects, including planning, scheduling, cost estimation, contracting, preliminary and final designs, specification, preconstruction, and construction management. He has a proven record of developing industrial infrastructure projects from inception to construction, with a focus on industrial water management (e.g., process, wastewater, and stormwater). Joe serves as treasurer of Barr’s Board of Directors and takes an active role in Barr’s enterprise risk management program.
