Joe brings over 20 years of experience in civil and water resources engineering and leads multidisciplinary teams delivering complex flood-risk reduction and water management projects. A Certified Floodplain Manager, he provides senior technical leadership for hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, floodplain, and stormwater management projects, with oversight of scour, dam-breach, and watershed BMP studies. Joe directs the development and review of surface water models, and guides clients through local, state, and federal floodplain permitting efforts. He also provides strategic oversight for planning and design of stream restoration, levee improvements, and dam removals, delivering high-quality, defensible solutions for clients and regulators alike.
