Joe has over three decades of experience in geotechnical, mining, and water resources engineering. His work has focused on the investigation, evaluation, and design of facilities for municipal, mining, and industrial clients, as well as on projects involving dams, pipelines, and hydroelectric stations. Joe has managed surface-water and groundwater projects, including the evaluation and rehabilitation of embankment dams, design of cofferdams, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission permit support, and culinary and geothermal well drilling. He has also been involved in feasibility studies, turbine and generator selection, conceptual design, permitting, design, and construction support for hydroelectric engineering projects.
