Josh is a senior civil engineer with 10 years of experience supporting municipalities and watershed organizations with stormwater planning, design, and implementation. His work includes leading stormwater feasibility studies, pond and BMP improvements, and final design and construction administration for municipal projects. Josh also has extensive experience with stormwater system inspection, operation and maintenance programs, and development and redevelopment permit review. He brings strong technical expertise in water quality improvement, flood mitigation, and infrastructure asset management, along with experience supporting city staff and public infrastructure needs. Josh has served as the project manager for various stormwater feasibility studies and design projects with Apple Valley in recent years.

Josh has over eight years of experience with hydrology and hydraulic modeling, stormwater management, and BMP and green-infrastructure design. His projects frequently involve development reviews, inspection and maintenance for stormwater infrastructure, feasibility studies, and BMP design. He also works on projects involving ravine stabilization, surface water, lake drawdown, flood control, erosion control, and sediment removal as well as permitting. Josh managed Shakopee’s Parking Lot A BMP project.
