Kelly has 10 years of experience in environmental and aquatic chemistry modeling, regulatory issues, site-specific criteria, and statistical modeling. Her master’s thesis work involved statistical modeling of stream flow duration curves and hypothesis testing methods to detect streamflow impacts from impoundments using differences in flow duration curves. She provides support for a variety of projects, including National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting, water quality standards development, mixing zone studies, food web modeling, and the development and maintenance of biotic ligand models (BLMs) and associated software and ecotoxicity databases.
