Nick oversees firm finance and operations and helps guide strategy, growth, and execution across the company. With more than 20 years of experience in environmental consulting, regulatory compliance, and engineering, Nick brings a practical, client-focused perspective to delivering complex projects and building long-lasting client relationships.
Nick’s background spans both engineering and law, enabling him to advise industrial and municipal clients on regulatory strategy, permitting, and compliance within highly regulated environments. His project experience includes Clean Water Act/National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permitting; environmental review; auditing and assessing environmental compliance; and assisting clients in navigating noncompliance situations, enforcement actions, and rulemaking processes. His work spans the United States in many sectors, including power, fuels, mining, and manufacturing. Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a law degree, allowing him to integrate technical, regulatory, and business considerations in service of successful client outcomes.
