Scott Phillips

Scott has nearly 30 years of environmental and civil engineering experience supporting mining and industrial clients throughout North America and internationally. His expertise includes mine water management, closure and reclamation planning, environmental remediation, waste management, and site infrastructure for both new mine developments and existing operations. Scott has led multidisciplinary teams through feasibility studies, permitting efforts, capital project implementation, operational support, and closure planning. He works closely with clients to develop practical, risk-informed solutions that balance technical, environmental, regulatory, and operational objectives. Drawing on experience as an owner, regulator, and consultant, Scott brings a broad understanding of the challenges and opportunities encountered throughout the mining lifecycle.
