Tina has over two decades of experience helping mining clients navigate complex regulatory regimes and environmental review associated with project development and compliance. She brings proven strategies for advancing projects through the National Environmental Policy Act and state equivalent processes, mine permitting, and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System and water appropriations permitting. Tina also serves as a technical lead in the areas of water supply; mine hydrology and hydrogeology; water quality modeling; and groundwater flow and contaminant transport modeling for numerous clients across the mining, power, and fuels market sectors.
In addition to technical leadership, Tina serves as chair of Barr’s Board of Directors and has led key internal efforts in strategic planning and structural evolution, ensuring Barr has the governance, structures, and capabilities needed for long-term success.
