Todd Fasking

Todd has over three decades of experience with multimedia compliance and permitting projects. Before joining Barr, he worked as a senior engineer at 3M Company for seven years. Todd’s recent work includes overseeing large, complex environmental review, permitting, environmental management, and reclamation projects for several of Barr’s mining, power, and fuels clients. His practice takes him across North America.  Challenges he has worked to overcome in these recent projects have included helping our clients navigate project designs relative to the changing permitting landscape.  Some of these obstacles involve changing baseline requirements, approval processes, contaminant toxicity thresholds, and land use/cumulative effect considerations.
