Environmental experts extend Barr’s integrated engineering and environmental services

MINNEAPOLIS AND SEATTLE—Barr Engineering Co. (“Barr”) and Windward Environmental LLC (“Windward”) are pleased to announce that the Windward team has joined Barr. This move brings together two organizations with complementary strengths to provide clients with comprehensive solutions in environmental science and engineering.

With the addition of the Windward team, Barr establishes a Seattle presence that enhances its ability to serve clients across the Pacific Northwest and expands its capabilities in key areas such as risk assessment and metals toxicity modeling. In joining Barr, an employee-owned company based in Minneapolis with offices across North America and projects worldwide, Windward gains access to the company’s cross-disciplinary engineering and environmental teams.
Together, the two organizations are positioned to address clients’ greatest technical challenges related to natural resources and engineering, emphasizing tailored solutions and outstanding client service.
