The person in this position will work on multidisciplinary project teams providing electrical engineering and related technical expertise. Work will include integrating process, mechanical, and control requirements into comprehensive electrical systems. Projects will focus on design and analysis and include the preparation of plans and specifications, writing reports, cost estimating, and the design of power and controls from the ground up. The work will be related to industrial processing facilities, power plants, mining facilities, and municipal water and wastewater facilities.
The person in this position will also be responsible for the managing projects, coaching and mentoring less experienced staff, providing technical leadership, and managing teams to meet client needs. The work may at times involve short-term out-of-town assignments.
NOTE: Applicants must be able to work in locations that feature rough terrain typical of construction sites and to enter and work within facilities that include limited accessibility, moving machinery, and other conditions typical of industrial facilities. Safety training will be provided.
