Getting our start

Barr’s Durango office opened in October 2023 when the staff of Colorado-based Ecosphere joined Barr. A trusted environmental services partner to clients in a range of industries for 30 years, Ecosphere specialized in environmental compliance and permitting, natural and cultural resources consulting, public outreach and participation, and environmental planning and monitoring. With comprehensive environmental services combined with Barr’s broad engineering capabilities, the Durango office serves a wide range of clients in the power, public, fuels, and mining sectors.
