Adam Nanney named to Missouri Hazardous Waste Management Commission

Missouri Governor Mike Parson recently appointed Adam Nanney to the state’s Hazardous Waste Management Commission. A senior geological engineer with 13 years of experience with engineering and environmental assessment and remediation projects, Adam joined Barr in 2008.

Once confirmed by the state senate, Adam will serve a four-year term. The commission promotes hazardous waste recycling, reuse, and reduction; adopts, modifies, and repeals rules and regulations to implement and enforce the Missouri Hazardous Waste Management Law; holds hearings on rules, complaints, and permit appeals; and grants individual variances.
