In the Barrometer: Stormwater system keeps highway traffic flowing

To prevent stormwater from overflowing onto a busy Minneapolis freeway, Barr went underground. In the latest installment of the Barrometer, Senior Geotechnical Engineer Mike Haggerty explains a stormwater-collection system that functions underground and out of sight, collecting and redirecting excessive water during times of heavy rain.
