Allison has 12 years of archaeological and anthropological experience. Her background encompasses archaeological fieldwork and laboratory work, including Phase I surveys and Phase II and Phase III investigations in the Midwest, mid-Atlantic, and Intermountain West regions. Her expertise also includes using numerous data-gathering systems, conducting research and analysis, and preparing reports for stakeholders.

Allison’s recent project work includes serving as archaeological field director for a large-scale solar project; serving as field director and report author for a mining project; directing and conducting fieldwork for a trails project; field-directing and providing laboratory support for a parkway-roundabout project; and coordinating with Tribal representatives for a large Phase I archaeological reconnaissance survey. Her additional project work involves authoring Phase 1a literature reviews and Phase I archaeological survey reports and coauthoring EA and EIS documents pursuant to Section 106 of the NHPA.
