Ross Mullen

Ross Mullen

Ross has nearly 10 years of experience with water and water-quality management. His work includes hydrologic, hydraulic, and water-quality modeling of rivers, creeks, stormwater ponds, and lakes, including determining flooding depths and extents resulting from increased precipitation (NOAA Atlas 14). He also helps clients develop long-term floodplain management strategies, floodplain ordinances, emergency action plans, and FEMA letters of map revision (LOMRs). In addition, Ross writes surface-water management plans for cities and water and watershed management organizations.
